Agreement to Terms

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in shipping, customs clearance, or VAT processing caused by third parties, including carriers, customs authorities, or government agencies. You acknowledge that international shipping and customs regulations are complex and subject to change, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
